Our colleague Dorota Danielak will be presenting our work: “LEVERAGING SEMI-MECHANISTIC PHARMACOKINETIC MODELING TO ESTABLISH CLINICALLY RELEVANT DISSOLUTION SAFE SPACES IN COMPASS SOFTWARE.”

We took a deep dive into how the novel Safe Space Designer tool handles physiological gastric emptying kinetics and evaluates bioequivalence (BE) risks. Our findings suggest that accounting for rapid gastric emptying patterns can lead to much more sensitive and robust BE predictions than traditional models.
