It supports both constant pH and pH-gradient experiments while using only up to 25 mL per vessel, reducing reagent costs and better mimicking physiological conditions for early-stage development.
It is equipped with 11 vessels (8 with full pH control), loVol® offers precise control of temperature, stirring, and pH in every experiment. The integrated pHysio- grad enables automated pH adjustment with bicarbonate buffers, and the DoSampler® autosampler allows hands-free, automated sample collection.
loVol® can be used for manual sampling or seamlessly connected to the DoSampler or online UV-Vis system, providing a flexible and efficient platform for biorelevant dissolution testing.
